This 3″ X 3″ Ink Pad is a pigmented ink that is water re-active creating an oxidized effect when sprayed with water.  It also creates a desirable pigmented chalky effect when used without water.

Use with stamps, stencils, and direct to surfaces.

Blend using Ink Blending Tools or Finger Daubers.
